This program is designed for experienced hotel developers who will be building 2 or more Cambria Suites hotels.
Advantages of this program vs. a "Traditional" bank loan:
- 80% Loan to Total Project Cost (including financing fees and reserves)
- Our equity partners will contribute up to 75% of 20% required equity.
- Developer equity pari passu with other equity.
- Non-recourse to developer at Certificate of Occupancy.
- Limited personal recourse during construction (completion guarantee).
- Flexible Pre-payment options.
- Developer receives additional "promoted" equity after minimum return paid to cash equity contributors.
- Developer Fee – Non-subordinated, paid monthly during construction.
